Q&A: What medical condition is this?

I think somebody I really care about has a serious mental medical condition. It's like bipolar but different, she has split personalities sometimes, like she could be really happy and constantly say hi to you even when you just saw her, then she becomes very easily aggravated and agitated. I know its not her girly time of the month though. She makes a big deal about everything nad she constantly blames other people for her mistakes. and she is so overdramatic i'm wondering if she has a mood disorder or if she is just crazy.
PLEASE help!! because she is driving me and my family crazy!
thank you

Chad .
Sounds like the definition of bipolar disorder to me.

There's no category in psychiatry called "split personality". You mean multiple personality disorder, which is extremely rare.

She may have an emotional disorder and not necessarily a psychological one. She may have a medical disorder rather than a mental one. Bottom line is that she can't be diagnosed online or by some one other than a health care provider or mental health professional.

Ask your parents to speak to her parents about what you've observed.

What do you think? Answer below!
