ok,does medical malpractice ''really'' exist
when you have even a routine surgery,they make you sighn so many dislaimers stating that ''these are known complications of said procedure''
even though everyone knows that ''these things SHOULD NOT happen''
so,my question is
with the doctors covering their behinds so much
can anyone actually ever win a malractice case
except ofcourse,obviuos cases where the accidently took an arm..i know that would win..
but a less obvious injury??
do we the people have a chance against these incompetant cold blooded creatures!!
btw.if anyone can recommend a good lawyer in florida
id appreciate that!!

people=MAYBE some doctors are humans,but ALOT of doctors are inhumane uncaring coldblooded money hungry creatures
such as any doc who would perform an unneccesary procedure on someone for the purpose of making more money
OR
a doctor who doing the surgery is rough and not cautious of his actions because he simply doesnt care or is inexperienced or incompetant is not a doctor!!
now a doctor who performs a surgery taking proper precautions and is attentive to the patient he is doing surgery to,then it results in a ''mistake''
in that case,YES doctors are human to and he made an ''innocent,accidental mistake''
BIG DIFERENCE between those docs and the ones i am talking about
God forbid YOU ever be on the other end of having a doctor injury you
due to his carelessness..id love to see if you would be defending him them!!
