i spent four days in a hospital after surgery the the drs made several attempts to discharge me early and as a result i ended up with a blood clot in my leg i didnt have b4 i went into the surgery cuz the damn drs werent taking care of me after the surgery do i have a case and if so how much money should be asked for

You have no case unless your leg was amputated. Unless there was a debilitating or fatal outcome, you have no case.

No blood clots are not uncommon after surgery. Unless you can show some sort of negligence on their part you have no case.

Try looking up a local legal aid society in the phone book or via a search engine (type "legal aid society & your zip code") & you might be able to get a referral to see a lawyer for a very reduced rate (it's $ 20.00 for a half-hour where I live, and you're referred to an atty who specializes in whatever your problem is)

Asking a question here about if you have a case for a lawsuit is like asking a blind man if he thinks your shoes go good with your outfit. Yahoo! does not provide you with enough space to get into the details need to determine if you have a good solid case or not. And even if they did, your question would be so long that no one would want to read it.
Your best bet is to consult a lawyer that specializes in this. You can sit down with him/her and go into very specific details. He/she can also examine your medical records and see if there is anything that jumps out in there that points to negligence on the part of the doctor or the hospital.

But so are the other answers... you got nothing to work with over a blood clot in the leg. This is a normal side effect of any surgery and laying in a bed for several days. It is guaranteed to be listed in the side effect paperwork you signed before you had the surgery, saying you understood the risks and consented anyway.
Unless that clot breaks loose and travels to your heart and kills you... then you'd have something to sue for. Cause of death: PE, the shorthand for Cardiopulmonary Thromboembolism.
Since you are apparently alive and typing, you have no case.
