i was in a car accident years ago had surgery went through the whole lawsuit thing for years finally it settled in court all medical bills were supposed to be paid as part of my setttlement obviously. now 3 years later i am recieving medical bills from one company. they said they were only paid a small portion never the full amount i sent the bill and a letter to my lawyer and have not heard anything. what am i suppossed to do. i now live in a diffrent state.
