Very long story short: I lived in NY for several years and now I live in Mass. My old primary doctor essentially blew (for 4 years) off a very common tell-tale sign of something very wrong, which has now turned out to be cancer. I have a very cut and dry case from what I've pieced together, so what is the first step I need to take to get this case moving forward? Do I just call some lawyer in the yellow pages or is there something else that needs to be done? In the meantime I'm gathering all of my medical records. Thanks for the advice.
