Okay so Long story short, my poor dad at a tender (still young) age of 59/60 got all his teeth taken out to get dentures. He paid thousands and thousands of money (that we didn't really have) to pay for these POORLY made dentures that did not fit him well, and caused him much pain.
They(the damn dentist) replaced them with new ones a couples times but they were still coming off, giving him sores, etc, etc.
Eventually they are refused him of any more service and told him to basically "go somewhere else".
They say that its his mouth that is "different"......seriously?
Now my dad has no choice to eat his food with dentures that keep coming off, cause him pain...and even has SCREWS coming out while he eats.
We really can't afford to be going somewhere else and getting them redone, but we really have no choice. My parents want to sue them, but its really difficult being that they don't speak much english. I really want to help them out, but I really don't know much either.
What kind of lawyer is this?
