I think I have a medical malpractice case againt my dr and the hospital I believe they killed by baby. I had her a 23 weeks and they stuck her in my arms left the room and didn't come back for two hours? She live for an hour and a half in my arms. I can't seem to find any laywers that will take it they tell me to find another laywer and i think its cause the hospital was trying to get a trama center which that failed. I live in florida if anyone has any suggesting or knows any lawyers for medical malpractice
