How many times have I heard people say that someones recovery was a miracle when they were being treated by highly trained and specialized doctors? Too many.
I never hear anyone saying that it was God's fault when the doctor makes a mistake! Usually people are discussing malpractice with their lawyer by then.
These People go to school for a decade to learn how your body works and how to fix it and then the second that they DO fix you, you turn around and ascribe it to MAGIC.
I find that deeply disprespectful to the Doctors and Nurses.
So shut up already with the "guardian angel" this and the "I prayed for your recovery" that.
Can we all just realize that science and medicine are really great and it has nothing to do with magic?
