i was having my device checked at a regular check up by a dr in my dr office not my regular dr and she changed the setting as i was leaving the office i got shocked 15 times in a row until i finally made it back to the office where they had to disable it by using a magnet .now when i go to the dr office my heart starts racing IM TOTALLY SCARED what can i do to over come my fear ??..could this be medical malpractice ??should i contact a lawyer??
my dr has prescribed me xanax and budeprion
of course money will not change my life a lawsuit would be like discipline ...so the dr will not be as careless in the future and put any one elses life at risk and so others looking for care are aware of her history ..cause if it were( different )if she saved some ones life she will be recognized for it
