PLEASE HELP! A patient at St. Vincent's East hospital in Birmingham AL had potassium given to her through an IV. The IV was not put in properly causing potassium to leak into the patient's arm causing severe burns. The patient has permanent nerve damage in her arm as a result and has also loss some of her mobility and strength in her arm. She has had to have plastic surgery on her arm.

Lawyers say that she has a case but it is too expensive for them. The patient representatives will not return her calls.

I think You should go to Consumer Court, Where a case will be filed against the hospital.
And that way she might get justice
