You can't sue the government for medical malpractice, you would sue the doctor. The government did not perform the procedure, only paid for it.

of course! that's the (new) American way! actually it's even worse than you think. people seek out free health care with the intention of drumming up a bogus medical malpractice lawsuit.. and then we wonder why doctors are in short supply.. you can thank the democrats for a system that encourages such corruption.. they sue the doctors and/or hospital though.. not the government..
