So i was hit by a habitual (4th offense) drunk driver, in a company car, at midnight a week or so ago. He was cited for failure to yield at an intersection, and DUI, which is now his 4th offense. I have been diagnosed with a herniated disc in my back and am undergoing medical treatment as well for a soft tissue injury to my knee resulting from the collision. I'm really just happy to be alive...however...
I don't usually like the idea of attorneys, but I feel like this guy should be off the road, and that my frustration, injury, and vehicle deserve some sort of compensation for the shear negligence of the other motorist. He is insured.
Is it worth my time to seek an attorney? If so, will they help with the medical expenses and compensation for the incident? Thanks.

Omg! Yes get an attourney and yes of course he will have to pay everything and then some! He'll pay you a nice big check for pain and suffering and not to mention the attourney fees for you. Sorry bout your troubles! That must be horrible. I hope your gonna be okay and good luck!
