had surgery to repair torn labrium , went througt physical therapy and never gained full use of arm and pain never went away. found out 1 and 1/2 years later that sutcher came out and was floating around in shoulder.found out this after secound scope of shoulder. did not show up on mri or xrays. did the doctor do first surgery correctly. should sutcher came completely out of labrum.

It shouldn't, but this is a known risk of the surgery. It would be hard to prove negligence or malpractice in this case.
