Funny thing, Republicans passed major tort reform in 2005 when they had control of the house, senate and the presidency.
Why are they still screaming about tort reform when they already passed it?

Most countries who have universal health also have caps on malpractice suits.

I think all sides are in support of some tort reform. But I also think that the medical establishment throws a great deal of money at the problem too.

Because of this, its going to be a problem.
