Well, this is what happened..
A woman fought for her life in coma but died from food-poisoning after eating at an indian food-stall. Another woman has currently slipped into coma, too. And the most saddening news of all is, a pregnant woman suffered a miscarriage after having food-poisoning from that stall too. 100+ other people were affected but is having medical-help.
What do you think will happen to this irresponsible stall-holder?

I would assume the families will sue, and that the government will take action by lifting the license to purvey food and levy an enormous fine.
