A doctor did not diagnose a break in the leg. He told the patient in his report that there is no break in leg and the patient should be using that leg. Can the patient sue this doctor.

You can sue anybody for practically anything. You can lose and that is expensive, too. You might just consider staying away from that one and, perhaps, reporting them to the state board and attorney general.
