I have only found one service online and it charges a fee without telling you whether it has information or not.

Each state has it's own Medical Board which keeps such records and they are public domain. Try looking up and contacting the South Carolina medical board. They will have a list of all physicians practicing in the state and record of any malpractic suites against them. Good luck!
