I as a mother of AAKASH MAIDWAL request you all that Let us all pledge today that we will extend our help to all those people who have unfortunately met with a road accident and need our help.....
I pledge that I will help any such person that I come across in any which way I can.... I will not let anyone loose his/her life just because they did not get medical help at the right time.... I pledge to bring back humanity on the roads.....
It happened with my only son aakash maindwal, just 25 yrs and about to get married this month. He was coming back from his office when this accident took place. If any one had taken action in time his life could have been saved and I would have had my son with me today. I dont want that it should happen with any one else in this world. It is an appeal of a mother, that we all should fight against inhumanity. When this accident occurred, there were ten to fifteen employees of TELCO present in the bus that hit my son's car and no one had courage to call the police and help them as my son was driving a car and that bus from which accident occurred were bringing the employees of Telco after the duty. They didn't even bother about the victims and ran away. This is such inhuman behavior that the victim is left to die and no one has any compassion to help. Also when the person who rushed my son to the hospital reached the spot the Police and the ambulance were standing there just watching…. Can you believe this…??????
See how inhuman they were.
This accident occurred in Lucknow and Im sure many such accidents happen everywhere in India
My question to all : "Why we dont have courage and decency to help the victims of road accidents. He was my only child. Due to negligence of the inhuman people he lost his life."

You could say that it was part of human nature to try and become Gods.
Or "inhuman", yes.
No one ever thinks of god as inhuman...

I am so sorry to hear of your loss of your child and that he was not helped.
I know that your grief is immense I can feel that in your writing.
I think that people's inhumanity is due to the fact that people forget we belong to eachother, that we are here to help one another in times of difficulty. I also lost my son, though it was not the same circumstance. The paramedics took over an hour to arrive at my home from two blocks away... Needless to say by the time they arrived it was too late. I feel your pain.
I do also know of a recent case where someone who helped to drag a woman to safety before her car blew up. When at the hospital she found out she was paralyzed because she had been moved. She sued the person who helped her for millions of dollars.
It is an example of why it could be, though it does not make it any less painful for you dear.
May you be held closely in this tragic time. My thoughts are with you.
TRUTH
I totally agree with you a hundred percent.I cant believe India people are like that wow that is bad. That does not happen in my country Puerto Rico and United States. You will never see that in latin countries or United States.Everyone jumps in in an accident and help.It happened to me as soon as the car stooped I had like two cars that run and stopped to see if I was ok.Iam so grateful to those people.I am so sorry about that. Its inhuman you are right.I am so sorry that you lost your son.Trust me if I was there I will help out too.I would not have stayed just looking at the accident like other people do.I am in the other side of the world far away from india and I tell you people are not like that here.and he was having a shaadi( mariage right? iam sorry for your son.I am sorry.Your spanish friend.
