Do I have a case for medical negligence?

Had surgery to remove a 1cm kidney stone, had to have incision, not the scope kind.....deliver my baby 5 weeks early via c-section as urologist suggested it would be better for him to do kidney surgery....
After the surgery my ureter collapsed, causing me to pee out of my incision in my back, went to emergency surgery a week or so later, 3 weeks later had stent removed and was told my kidneys were completely clean.
a few weeks later I started to have pain, went in for follow up, got sent for ultrasound and Dr called me with the results, nothing wrong, completely fine...all that was said.

Still having pain over a month later, start to wonder if there may be an issue, call another Dr for second opinion, he requests my records and when I went in for appt, he said "The stone you have wasn't causing any issues on the last ultrasound" to my surprise...I said "What stone?" I wasn't told of this!
So.....he sends me for another ultrasound today and I am told that the same 1cm is there and I have to have surgery again!

Is this negligence or malpractice?
what so you're saying that a 1cm stone of which I was informed took years to form, magically appeared after a month or so?

Obtain a copy of your medical records and book an appointment with an attorney familiar with medical negligence/malpractice litigation and get an informed opinion.
