Can someone help correct me with these questions? There are a couple that I can't find the answer to.
What is an unintentional killing that occurs during the commission of a felony? I think that the answer for this is Murder.
Shoplifting is an example of what type of crime? I was thinking about larceny or petty theft
What is unlawful entry without the intent to commit another crime? I put down Burglary for this one.
What type of tort is medical malpractice resulting from a failure to follow the prescribed standard of care?
Intentional killing in response to "adequate provocation"? The answer for this one is Voluntary manslaughter
Category of civil law? The four categories are torts, property, contracts and family law.
What is the Standard of proof in the OJ Simpson civil case?
Which type of cases does the right to counsel applies to and which cases doesn't it apply to?

It really depends on what state your in but I'll try....
1) if it's unintentional it can't be murder. I would say manslaughter it kind of sounds like capital murder though also. I would go with manslaughter since it's unintentional.
2) in Texas that would be theft
3) I would say criminal tresspass on that one
4) need a book for that one
That's the best I can do for now, I'm at work and your obviously in a different state so different law.
