I don't think many of these are being settled. I mean, I am sure you could settle one for a coupon good for a bottle of saline solution, but you're not going to cover your attorney fees.
Unless you have blindness secondary to acanthamoeba keratitis, and a strong theory why it was caused by the product, I would not get your hopes up.
