I've been repeatedly asked to provide horse transportation for a woman that moves her horses from one barn boarding/rental facility to the next about every month. With each move, she mentions how terrible the previous barn was and how she's taking legal action. After the 3rd transportation request, I investigated in public records and found this woman has filed 13 lawsuits, all above $ 50K in damages, against each of the barns. I want to help the poor people getting sued for negligence b/c I really believe it's simply this woman's scam. I plan to notify each defendent of my findings but other than them being aware of each other, is there any legal action they can take to prove this is a consistent pattern and have their cases dismissed? And/or, can they press criminal charges?

Thanks in advance for any input.

filing false suit would be fraud.
if there are insurance companies involved, it would be best to notify them, cause their legal team would spank that woman

Sometimes a court will deem someone a vexatious litigant.

There has to be a pattern of losing stupid cases.

Typically, the court will require the litigant to submit future cases to the court for review before filing.

Best to not get involved.
