A few years back I had to report for jury duty. The case was medical malpractice. A woman, who had an ectopic pregnancy died during surgery. Her name was the same as mine. We had some similarities. The defense chose to have me removed from the jury pool. Weeks later I went to the cemetery to clean up my grandmothers grave. When I do this, I like to wonder around the cemetery afterward. I wondered around for about 10 minutes, turned around, and there was this woman's grave, with pictures and notes from her children, and rotten flowers. I cleaned up her grave and left. But I've always kinda wondered how it came to be that I ended up wondering into her grave site.

Did you pray for her? I am going to say coincidence. Because how many cemetery's are in your area anyways? If there are a lot of them then maybe I do not want to live near you.

this is going to be vague, but likeness in energy causes like forces to attract. It has happened to me, and it meant something only I and that other force or existence could know.

Everyone experiences synchronicity and usually dismisses it as mere coincidence. That's what I've done. But as I have become more mature I seem to look back on some of those experiences and recognize a spiritual influence or intervention. Your experience could be just a coincidence, but only you and a higher power can know for sure.

Incidental. It's a small world isn't it. I travelled from Melbourne to Carnarvon in Western Australia which is around 5000 kilometers, pulled into a caravan park and the owner who walked out was an ex Girlfriend from Banella in Victoria. Very small world we live in.

I believe there was some reason for it, but only you can figure out what the reason is. Since you could relate to her through the similarities you felt empathy towards her and you were led to her grave for a reason, maybe as just a sign for self reflection. Look inside yourself for the answer, you can try meditation for this.

It's a coincidence because you were already there for your grandmother, always wander around the cemetery, then you saw the flowers and photos. The person from that case died and was buried in a local cemetery where you normally visit. There's nothing extraordinary about that.
