I was seen by a doctor who I later found out had 2 malpractice cases filed and settled I believe in PA. How can I find out about the details of the case and what the malpractice was.

I'm not sure about PA, but this is the way it is in Michigan. Court records are usually public domain, unless the records are sealed by a judge. Your county courthouse should be able to help you locate these, but you may have to have the name of the person/clinic/hospital for them to search for it. Another resource may be the American Medical Association. If all else fails, call a lfree legal service and ask them.
