I sent Medical Records and an Autopsy Report to an Attorney for a possible Wrongful Death or Malpractice Suit. I sent them almost 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I called to make sure he got the Reports he told me he was sending them for Review. What will this Review consist of? and How long should I wait to call him back?

Ask the attorney's secretary or the attorney himself...

I would call him back ..ask him how long its takes..Its their job to answer questions. Always check on things ..some one may have forgotten or things got caught up in red tape,

A review will consist of everything that occur before, during, and teh actual incisent of death. This process can take up to 2 months and is usually very detailed and accurate. Just be patient and the results will come in ans the truth will comne out. I hope that everything works out for you..... God bless

You are the boss buddy, not the attorney. Never EVER let attornies dictate to you. Fire him and hire another attorney. Attorney's are experts in their fields, or at least the good ones are, but they are not rocket scientists.
Call him up and say, you're fired, I am picking up my paperwork and I am going to give the money to someone else. Then watch the little bit*** say, uh uh uh!
You can call the attorney any G damn time you feel like it. He should be kissing your rear, you are the customer, not the other way around.

its best to ask your lawyer.
sometimes these lawyers can be a pain in the a** too,. and everytime you call them and require them an answer, they charge you.
so the next time you give something, ask them when they will call you for the results you need. if they don't call then you have a reason to bug them every now and then.

Thirty days is reasonable. If he still puts you off, he's either too busy, understaffed or incompetent.
