Not exactly. If their license has been suspended or revoked for malpractice, yes there are web sites that tell you that. It depends on what state you are in where the site is. However, look for the medical licensing board in your state and they probably have a web page.

Some health insurance companies have web sites (Aetna does) that allow patients to rate their doctors, but none of my doctors had enough people rating for the ratings to show up.
And, I suspect, the criteria that the insurance co picks are not the ones I would pick.
