Mr. Stapleton practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation in wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and insurance law. He is a registered mediator for civil disputes and a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ranked in the top 1% of trial attorneys in the United States). He is also a member of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and others. Community involvement includes Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette and the YMCA.
