My father and I have been following correct procedure for grievance and nothing has been done. My fathers efforts have been blocked and mine ignored!! He is being left to die!! I have contacted the president, vice president, DA for the county he is in, health services, ombudsman, chair of texas state senate criminal justice committee, Lieutenant governor, and several judges, I NEED HELP! No one is doing anything, and my dad is dying! If no one can help me get him proper care in there, I need some ideas as how to raise money to be able to afford to get a doctor from the free world to go see him and help him!!
My dads sentence is not for life!! This happens a lot in Texas! They cover up any grievances!
Texas has the highest death rate while incarcerated, even though California has more prisoners!! Google it! it is a problem that we need help to fix!!

What's he in prison for? Is it a life sentence..... see what I'm getting at........

If you have contacted all of these people and none of them see any validity to your claim then it's probably not valid. Inmates are not denied medical care in any state. If you want him to see other doctors you would have to pay the medical bills and the cost of transportation and the cost of the guards for him if it was even allowed. Not realistic.

Ho w old is your dad? What seems to be wrong with him and wht is he there for? I am a nurse, so what you do is get the names of the medical staff--nurses, dr's, med-aides, cna's, DON, etc and call the medical and nursing board!!!

Hope it turns out for u. I know u r very upset and frustrated. I am sorry that my "peers" r not taking care of him the way a GOOD nurse would.
