There was a man that was telling hospital staff that he had a problem with his heart rate, but they could not find anything.
He called for an ambulance and was taking to hospital 9 times, and on all occasions the hospital staff found nothing.

They told him over and over again that the paramedics are there to help people with only serious medical problems, and that he was wasting their time and should not be calling them etc.

He died a week ago of a heart attack, and the autopsy showed nothing.
It was on this occasion that he died, he refused to call am ambulance and go to hospital.
He asked people very sincerely whether they think he should call for help no matter how serious his illness was; and they said no. He then asked would he be bad person if he never bothered and died, and they said no.

Now that he is said, do you think he was behaving irresponsibly by deciding not to call for medical help when his symptoms started?

CREED
I meant to say 'Now that he is dead'
If your answer is "Yes he is bad for not continuing to try", then that is because there is a way to try without being told you shouldn't. If he is told that he shouldn't then that is when he is becoming a nuisance.

the hospitals were behaving irresponsibly when they failed to continue looking for the reason that brought him to the hospital nine times

no and that's awful no hospital should behave that irresponsibly and christian's believe you receive a reward of peace at death. not god's judgment in the way you described it

Your statements contradict each other. You said in your question "person's death caused by negligence" yet you say the autopsy "found nothing". If the autopsy couldn't find anything after death, just how would the hospital staff be negligent?

ENOCH
I couldn't find a Religion & Spirituality question within your editorial. Sorry.

No, I don't think He was being a bad person, just misinformed about His own Health and the power He had over decisions about it.

I think that with more knowledge, He could have consulted or demanded to see a cardiologist. I am sorry that the gentleman died due to these circumstances, but where was family and why did they not press the issues?

Responsibility here lies on a great many persons for a great many reasons, just ask an attorney.

Having been rebuked by medical personel for calls, He should maybe have pressed on. Their response to him made him feel defeated, like there was nothing wrong. They broke His spirit.

Maybe it was just His time and His way Creed. this is filled with dilemmas and is very sad.
