CHARLES CITY STREET!!!!!!!!! The City has put the residents and their children in harms way. St. Charles is currently breaking two Department of Natural Resources laws. The DNR laws are to protect the St. Charles drinking water and Missouri's rivers and streams from contamination. The flood waters pose electrocution, drowning, hepatitis, tetanus, and E Coli threats.
