what can i do?
my biological father went to court against me to gain adult guardianship of me. im a 26 yr old female. i got into a bad accident and cant walk well anymore and i have severe mobility trouble.
my father went to a psychiatrist behind my back and got the psychiatrist to write down that im schitzophrenic and need antipsychotic drugs and to be hospitalised and put into a lifetime institution.the problem is this psychiatrist never met me, making this a case of medical malpractice and a crime. he met my parents many times and not me. he also got a social worker who never met me to write a letter about me. the letter also says im crazy and out of my mind, not in those words.
my father lied to court and he hired a big expensive lawyer. my father has a criminal history and a history of battering me and breaking my bones. he abused me growing up.
he got the court evaulator to lie about me too, the court apointed psycholigist wrote a paper of lies because my father had told him before meeting me not to listen to me so he didnt, he wrote what my father said on paper as if its the truth
.i am not a mentally ill person and im not just saying that, i dont have any symptoms of mental disorders and never did. i dont qualify for this.
i have physical disabilities since my recent accident but thats it

but my parents have munchausens by proxy disease. they used to put me into 20 different mental hospitals for years when i was a child under 18, they had me drugged and diagnosed with 25 different mental conditions.
i dont have symptoms of mental disorders and iu never did. but my father lied to all the places and he tricks doctors
what can i do, how do i explain what happened. i dont appear mentally ill. how do i explain the munchausens by proxy and how and why my parents tricked many mental health experts and psychiatric hospitals.
what can i do? i cannot get in touch with a lawyer, the free lawyers avialable are really bad, they didnt want to help me. they want me to do everything on my own. they dont want to discuss any defense for me. they only will file the court papers but they wont help me in ideas

I'm sorry, but I think that you are exhibiting symptoms of psychological dysfunction by the tone and content of your question.
I suggest that you allow yourself to be committed to a psychiatric facility and allow the practitioners there to evaluate you and formally report their findings.
If they report that you are fine, they will petition to have you unilaterally released.
If you are convinced that you are psychologically intact, then you shouldn't fear their evaluations.
Your parents cannot be that rich or that convincing to fool every doctor and psychiatrist who evaluates your condition. If you are being falsely evaluated, you will eventually find someone to stand up and formally state that fact.
