I was riding my bike down the street and my neighbors dog chased me into the curb and I wiped out breaking my collar bone. I was going to ask that they pay my medical bills but can I get pain and suffering? Their dog wasn't on a leash and we have leash laws. It was a 115 lb. pit bull. The lady that stopped to help me was worried about the dog attacking her too. Do you think they'll pay? It sure hurts.
