Everyone has their reasons for doing what they do whether its good bad or neutral. But non the less still a reason.
Sometimes its about money, material possessions and others r that their trying to please family etc. Sometime its expensive care of family that drives them to have a career that makes a lot of money and has great benefits.
Getting into someones head is like asking how many blades of grass r in the word. Its impossible!
