is there any way to find out the rate of succession of lawsuits filed against boston medical center, mainly concerning worker's compensation suits involving death. also, any personal contact with their representatives for these types of cases. how likely would a win be against them, or a settlement before going to the actual litigation or trial. thank you to all. and god bless.
