two nights ago I collided with my boyfriend and hit my right temple...I started feeling weird and had a headache yesterday...I woke up today have felt out of it and had a bad headache I also feel a little lightheaded. I'm not sure if I need to go to the er I feel a little sick but haven't vomited. Is it that serious to be looked at?

Yes you more than likely have a concussion and you need to have it looked at and get a CT scan done,go to the emergency room or doctor.
