I found a 2 month old puppy on the side of the road. She had a huge swollen lymph node (probably) is now on antibiotics and it has gone down. However, her eyes are not right- her third eyelid doesn't always open all the way. When she first gets up, she seems stiff, can't bend her legs and is very clumsy most times...?
NOT THAT BAD LOOKING IN GEORGIA.
.please take the puppy to the vet soon, as always new pets needs it's shots

Take the puppy to the vet and get a thorough check up. It may have been run over or abused in some way. The vet should probably ex-ray the pups legs.
