i was involved in 2 injury's at my job one in September of 06 and one in January of 07... i went to apply for a loan and saw that 2 collection bills hurt me bad and i wasn't approved.. one was paid but i remember getting notices for 2 years and i always gave them to the boss and they said they will pay it...the second is from a eye injury and said it still hasn't been paid... what do i do?

You pay the bills and sue your boss for the bills. You can not really win a case for hurt credit.

Consult with an attorney that does Workman's Comp.

It depends, if your claim was filed with the workers comp board then it is illegal for them to bill you and put it on your credit rating. If it was done informally where you just handed the bills to your boss and he said he would take care of it the only thing you can do is sue him for the money, but that will not change your credit rating.
