Insider Exclusive did a story recently on baby Rebecca Gatti, a victim of a grossly incompetent doctor that failed to comply with the appropriate standard of care for an OB/GYN in 2007. Because of this doctor's medical negligence, Rebecca Gatti will have a life long need for round the clock care. Rebecca's story is heartbreaking.
