The medical world holds a wealth of different occupations from the obvious nurse and doctor occupations to adminstrative occupations. My sister really wanted to work in this field, but she wasn't sure exactly what she really wanted to do. She uncovered the site in the resource box below, it has lots of tips and tricks, and it aided her to settle what she really wanted to do. They have assistance with other jobs too.

I think some fields might be better than others. You're likely to need more precision with something like nursing (when giving medications or administrating shots) or pharmacology (dealing with medication again.)

Something like occupational therapy or physical therapy might be a better option. You are not usually dealing with minute details. You are working one-on-one with a patient with body movements and skill training, etc.

However, if you are really interesting in nursing (or something more detail oriented in which you'd need to have good vision) I would speak to a doctor and optometrist first and see what they say. You might have certain limitations. You might be granted permission. Just have a talk with them regarding your career plans.
