I cant seem to find a firm in California that will take my clear malpractice case. It involves an eye injury, and an inproper medication given at the ER that caused damage to my eye. They all say I have a good case, but will not take it... Why? And what are my options???

It seems from the fact that they won't take the case it is presumably a ficitious one. Attorneys are NOT stupid they can see through a frivilous lawsuit. You must be attempting to force a decietful suit. My advise is to shut it down and be a human being. Forgiveness is best at this stage of the game.
