Pogy boat owner seeks to limit its liability in wreck
GULFPORT -- Omega Protein Inc. has filed a claim in U.S. District Court to limit its liability in a recent shipping accident to $ 50,000, which the company said was the scrap value of a pogy boat that collided with a container ship in the Gulfport Ship Channel.
