No, this is something that should have come up during your MEPS. This is also the attitude of someone who wants to take advantage of the military. I would advise against that.
To get medically discharged you would have had to incur this injury while in the army.

You can get a fraudulent enlistment discharge if you didn't reveal that you had a previous injury.
