My boyfriend was a passenger in a car accident and he's having a lot discomfort in his back still. We are worried that his settle will only cover his medical bills and they will cut him little for plain & suffering. The discomfort in his back was caused by the accident and the medical treatment is not working. So could he go to small claims court for plain &suffering??
