when you are taking someone to court, even if the wrong information is from negligence, neglect or just sloppy work habits an ethics?
I didn't do it, but recent court papers concerning someone that is important to me has had it done to them
I need to know how to make an issue out of incorrect information on court papers

You might end up having to pay for "negligence, neglect or just sloppy work habits an ethics".

Depending on how severe it is, you may be fined with perjury (making false statements) or contempt of court for the clearly sloppy work. Or you may lose the case because your statements will not be in line with the sloppy documents statement.

...absolutely not ! The Court ALWAYS likes to deal with inaccurate and false information... Just write down what ever pleases you, it's Ok, freedom of speech, you know !

yh man giving false infomation is a serious offence, its one thing to lie to a cop but another to lie on a court document....
