I last had my period beginning of February. Took 2 take-home pregnancy tests which both came back negative so I went to a PA mid March. He did a urine pregnancy test which came back negative, so he told me to wait 2 weeks and if it didn't come up, to go see a Doctor. About 3 weeks later, I still hadn't had my period so I made an appointment with my OB after taking a 3rd at home test which came back negative.

I went to my Dr, and since I had been on DepoProvera with my last shot in November, he insisted that I could just be without my period for up to 18 months. He did another urine test which came back negative, so he scheduled me 3 blood samples (not a blood pregnancy test) and 7 days worth of the pill Provera. I waited a couple days to start taking the pill (in case the blood tests said something), and started my period on Saturday. Sunday, I get a piece which looks to me to be an embryo, so I kept it out and have it sitting here.

What do I do in case I was pregnant and the prescription basically caused me to have an abortion?

You had so many tests and all were negative. The reason you passed a clot was probably because you had gone so long without a period.
Provera pills will not cause an abortion if you are pregnant, but it will usually start your period if it has been late. Provera tablets are not "abortion" drugs.
I don't see a medical mistake.

Edit: The piece that looked like an embryo-- could it have been one from last year, that stopped developing and has been there the whole time? maybe thats why your system is out of whack.
I am in medicine, and provera is not known to end a pregnancy. Progesterone is even given to pregnant women to help maintain a pregnancy.
