Obamacare will become a single payer system as private insurance companies drop health insurance. The quality will be poor. There will be long waits for medical treatment. A lot of medicines and medical treatments will be denied. Because of this only those who have no choice will use it. There will be two other systems operating in this country. One will be a cash only system that operates in this country. Because the costs only the rich will be able to afford it. Then there will be a 3rd system that operates outside the United States. Because it will operate outside the United States, US laws will not apply. The means the insurance companies can sell insurance to just who they want do and deny those they don't want do. Also it will be very hard if not impossible to sue for malpractice. Because of this the costs will be where middle Americans can afford it. This of course means these people will have to travel to this country for medical treatment. As part of their health insurance policy they will probably also have a medical evacuation policy.

I don't know about quality but eventually we are going to have to have a single system or everybody is not going to get health care because the current system is an unsustainable mess.
I'm right you're wrong

I said something very similar when Obamacare was first signed... I only wish you were wrong, but I think you're right on the money.
