Of course it's always good to have a Doc check you out---

But the blood-shot part should fade while your black eye fades.

The white spots are probably some floaters that became more evident
after the accident.

Floaters aren't serious, and should go away with time also.

It sounds like you were lucky---but if your eye doesn't get a little better
every day--go right to the Doctor.

Since you got hit in the face and you are seeing floaters days after it may be a good idea to go to a doctor. Getting hit in the face is a huge risk for retinal detachments, not to say you have one but it's something to look out for.

If you have never had floaters before it would not be a good idea to ignore them. A lot of times they mean nothing but they also are an important sign of retinal holes, tears and detachments. So they shouldn't just be ignored.

Hopefully it's nothing and it will improve in a few days! Good Luck :-)

GO TO A DOCTOR!
you could have a retinal eye detachment which can happen from either genetics...or in your case head trauma. you could need either a scleral buckle or laser surgery. the longer you put this off the worse your condition is going to get, you could even end up blind depending on the severity.
GO ASAP
