I was started on some therapy that involved biweekly or tri-weekly injections. This started in 2001.
Now some test results show this therapy has caused a permanent defect. What are the legals here?
I'm defected for life and denied something God gave me. Now taken away by the doctor with no warning about the medication. The doctor no longer practices in my country.
I'm in the US, and his office and business name is still open, but run by a different doctor.
The doctor is in Europe and last known contact was in 2004, however, if he is practicing any where he can be found.

If you are posting from some foreign country you have to go by the medical malpractice laws of the country where the injury occurred. If you country has attorneys then see one that specializes in medical malpractice., But if the doctor has left the country then its going to be difficult to sue him.
