Tips: if you were involved in a lawsuit and won but you left your medical open can you get them to buy medical out?

i won a worker's comp case and i left my medical open but now i want them to buy me out can i do this

That depends on the state. If you had a lawyer ask him.

Your medical or any open case is good for up to 2 yrs. They cannot buy you out in the sense you may be thinking, but if you have continual medical bills because of the incident, then they must pay those. Medical is for medical only!
