I have an assignment (college class) to think of a WC myth, then prove or disprove it. My myth is...an employer can deny an employee medical attention if it affects production, etc.
Just a thought....I know it's illegal. I should have specified, we are to find credible source on the Net to cite...looks like good old OSHA is the way to go...lol thank you to all who answer...

of course not; check OSHA website

If you get injured on the job and need medical attention, I would think it criminal for an employer to refuse it.

no they could get in trouble for that. if you need to, go to a near by work source company. they could tell you every thing to know about that kind of thing.
